1996 Fender Vibrolux Reverb Custom Shop Blackface Guitar Amplifier / The Brandi Carlile Amp

This is a MINTY Vibrolux Reverb Custom that recently had the filter caps replaced at Portland Pro Audio.

It’s in tip-top shape and sounds likes its supposed to!

Portland Pro Audio told us they’ve serviced this same amp for Brandi Carlile who owns two of them.

This one belonged to recording engineer John Neff who had it in his roster of studio amps that

never left the studio. Neff was studio partners with Walter Becker of Steely Dan at Maui Recorders in the 80’s

and then with David Lynch in the 90’s/00’s. He ran his own studio in Portland from 2007 and has

now retired.
