“Reprise #2” is an instrumental version of “Break the Black Ice”
“Reprise #3” is an instrumental version of “Blood Victory”

Packaged in a gatefold sleeve, there have been five pressings:
(1) first pressing has embossed roses on the outside of the cover only.

(3) [url=http://www.discogs.com/release/1479647]third pressing[/url] has a smooth glossy sleeve with no embossed roses.
(4) [url=http://www.discogs.com/release/2906453]fourth pressing[/url] has a textured sleeve.
(5) fifth pressing has a smooth sleeve.

All pressings feature the same phrases scratched into the vinyl:
Side A: “One is the number….”
Side B: “Anonymous in glory….”
Side C: “Love is now empty…”
Side D: “And incomplete! For BC, Y.M. & J.G.”
