The Fender Blues Jr is part of the popular Hot Rod series of tube amps from Fender. It is regarded as a high-quality, simple and portable tube amp for stage or studio use. The EL-84 output tubes provide fat mids, the 12AX7 preamp tube provides warm overdrive, and real springs provide onboard reverb. It also includes footswitchable FAT boost and external speaker capability.
