This is a white dog label most likely manufactured in early 1964 based on the label and the runout, although white dogs were manufactured from 1964-1968, so it could be anywhere in that timeframe. Similar pressings will have the same main RCA runout number (e.g. K2RY-1843) but potentially different stamper numbers (13S) and mother numbers (1A).
