200LBS OF GOLD!
The 200lbs of GOLD is a modified vintage fuzz face fed into a TS808 style overdrive WITH A REAL TONE CONTROL!The unit works very well with any amp, guitar, pedal combination. Especially bright and clean Fender late 60′s and 70′s amps.. The input of the vintage fuzz face has been modified to to work with other circuitry like wahs, boosts, ect and has been tightened up a touch.
Never harsh or shrill, absolutely no “WOOF” like vintage fuzz faces, tone control is amazing with a very wide range of tonal possibilities.
FEATURES: – Classic, touch sensitive, tones / Independent “Super Clean Boost” – True Bypass switching, making sure your signal is preserved when the effect is off – +9VDC / +18VDC, center negative adapter or 9V battery / Current draw 26mA Designed and manufactured by a “very smart group of people” along side musicians to create the perfect balance of touch, tone, feel, reliability and grace.
LEVEL – Master volume of DRIVE side
DRIVE – Selects the amount of overdrive and tapers EQ as drive goes up!
TONE – 3 way Headroom switch. Middle position is a lift and provides maximum headroom
BOOST – Selects the amount of the Independent CLEAN BOOST VOLUME
