Vintage Reissued V6P injects new tones into a timeless design

New for 2019, the Vintage Reissued V6P expands on the best-selling V6 design, offering up a brand new pickup configuration that is sure to turn heads. However, whilst eye-catching appearances may be one thing, the V6P is designed with more than mere cosmetics in mind; a trio of Wilkinson® WO90 SKN pickups and pared back control pots keep tone right where it needs to be, at the forefront of your playing.

Dispensing with the original V6’s selection of single coil pickups, the V6P is outfitted with a triplet of WO90 pickups, offering all the clarity and high end sparkle of a traditional single coil, with added warmth, increased low end detail and increased output. A standard five-way selector switch keeps things familiar, allowing you to employ either the bridge, middle or neck pickup alone, or in combination for hum-cancelling. Sound shaping capabilities are enabled furthered with the single volume and tone pots; the V6P is very much a player’s guitar, designed with effective simplicity in mind.

Each guitar is fitted with finest quality Wilkinson® WJ055 E-Z-Lok tuning machines and WVC bridge, so you can wang away to your heart’s content, safe in the knowledge that your tuning stability is in safe hands. The V6P’s uniquely contoured neck joint provides uninhibited access to the 22 jumbo frets, allowing you to climb as high up the neck as you like. What’s more, the CITES-compliant Lignum Rosa fingerboard guarantees hassle-free transport and travel with your guitar.
